All feelings are okay, it’s what you choose to do with them that counts!

When we are in control, we can choose to have green, helpful thoughts instead of red, unhelpful thoughts. That means changing your self-talk from, “I can’t do this,” to, “I can try my best!” It’s normal to have both of these kinds of thoughts, but how we act on them is what truly counts!
