Your child will go into one room and participate in the FRIENDS Program. The mother and father will go into an adjoining room and participate in the Adult Resilience Program. A soundproof retractable wall separates the rooms. We open this wall up at the end of the session and both groups join together. Since 2012 we have run the Adult Resilience Program in parallel with the FRIENDS Program. Before this time, parents had to wait around for 90 minutes. It was decided that a much better use of their time was for them to receive the same, essential life skills as their children. For more details on the Friends programs, follow the links below. For more information, please call the number below in the green box.
When enrolling into a group you must choose either a Saturday or Sunday session for the group and commit to those dates over the course of 5 weeks. You cannot do a Saturday session one week and a Sunday session the next for that group.
